Between my natural inquisitiveness towards all things related to food and my years in fine dining restaurants, I enjoy creating recipes for industry chefs and my personal clients that inspire and tempt both the eyes and the palate. I am available to develop recipes for restaurants, magazines and other publications.
I am also available for recipe testing. When testing recipes, I employ a methodical and meticulous approach and provide the client with detailed notes and photos as well as any suggestions I think could improve the readability and accuracy of the recipe.
